Magical Portraits of Peace

Magical Portraits of Peace (MPOP) is a project whose goal is to generate peace on this planet in two ways:

1. to offer free studio photograph portraits for the Portraiteer (i.e. the subject of the portrait) to use in whatever peaceful manner they choose, and
2. the option to share a message of peace in a collection of fellow Peace Portraiteers.

Where's the collection of portraits mentioned in the first paragraph?

Thank you for this question; you've demonstrated excellent reading comprehension and recall. The collection does not exist yet because Magical Portraits of Peace is very new! You could help MPOP pop off by being one of the first faces to grace the collection. It'll look something like this:

See that text at the top of the portraits? That's your Peace Message, which can be whatever peaceful message you would like to share. Not sure what you want to say? We'll workshop it together.

Are the photos going to be in black and white?

The portraits in the Magical Portraits of Peace collection will be in monochrome. However, you'll get the best images of our photo shoot in glorious full color—they'll have red, green, AND blue pixels.

Do I have to make a weird face or stick my tongue out?

You can make any and all faces that you desire. Your tongue may be anywhere it likes (as long as it's consensual).

Is there a catch to the free 30-minute photography session?

You bet there is! You thought you were going to get a personalized professional studio portrait session for no money without some kind of drawback?

The catch is that I will kindly ask you to subscribe to the Magical Office of Peace's official newsletter Each Day, One More. Subscribers of the newsletter have historically received anywhere between 2 to 5 emails per year. Also, I might try to give you some of my artwork.

I will graciously accept donations through Venmo, but photographing your beautiful face is more important to me than your money.
